Can using heat more efficiently help us reach Net Zero by 2050? A free workshop to explore how reducing heat loss and recycling waste heat could help build a greener future.
Primary
Through interactive exhibits and hands-on experiments, students will explore the emerging technologies that will help us reach the UK government’s 2050 Net Zero target. Specifically, they will learn how preventing heat loss and recycling heat from industrial processes can provide crucial energy savings.
Duration and availability
Lasting approximately 90 mins, the workshop can accommodate between 15 and 36 participants.
Book anytime between 10am and 3pm Tuesday to Friday during term time.
Cost and location
Each workshop is funded by the Centre's generous sponsors and is free for state schools.
